I can't find anyone reliable for xrumer links on a daily basis.

I need a lot of links per day for clients and I cannot figure out where to go. Tried the services section etc..

Anyone know of a good place to find someone?

These are for clients that I have and I get well over 40 orders per day.

If none of the service providers will do that for you than try odesk. Hire a provider there.

Links for forum profiles ?

When I used XRumer it was difficult to find good lists...
Finally I used a WordPress mod for XRumer with auto-approved lists and I got crazy results in terms of speed.

This may be an idea for you...
