well, there is always screwing. i have never done it, but i heard it can be profitable if you know the right street to walk. there is also high interest loan stores.

If you really need the money ask your family/friends for a loan, or go to a bank.

Something like Ace Cash Express might work. Only thing is the interest rates could drown you if you don't pay it back quickly.

They are ridiculous rates from what I've heard, but quick to give out money if approved.

Create a few mobile websites for some local restaurants walk in there and sell each one for $497 and you are good!

Did it before, It's like 5 sales per 1000 calls. A lot of people say they are interested and suddenly go on holiday when you phone them back.

No offence, and a nice sentiment - but BHW isnt a charity, and he isnt asking for it. He wants to earn $500.

That being said, im sick of these threads. If you can do SEO try and sell your services (but if you can why havent you done this already).

LOL, that's because your cold calling skills sucked, no offence to you but there are people who do that for a living and bank 6 figures a month from it. You just have to have the right script and the right mentality if you are going to cold call. You could walk in to businesses or send direct mail, they all work it is just personal preference.

Go to the pawn shop. Sell what you don't want, and pawn what you want to keep.

No offense to you personally, but I hate these damn threads.

Either take a loan from the bank - $500 isn't an amount they'll deny anyone - or speak to your parents, siblings, friends, work mates etc and so on.

If you are/were truly desperate for $500 you wouldn't be sitting behind the keyboard appealing for help. Hit the pavement and do something about it.
