Can I backlink to my TINYURL? Will the link juice still flow to my site? Will it disguise my links from my competitors?

Like if they do backlink research to see my links will this hide my links from them?

Using bit.ly passes the link juice.
I saw this in some video,cant find it.

Ahahaha look at those scavengers dropping their anchor text links in the comments... the page is a pr3 but how ironic
