is it against their policy?
if it is ok to sell, i got one to sell too with prepaid monthly fee, which expired Jan 2013
the price is $350, that is big save which is $340 off

i too interesting buy the xrumer, but i dont understand why a lot of the user want sell yours licences.

the xrumer is really good? or is good but very difficult to use?

Do not but XRumer second hand. You account will get banned and, if you didn't buy from Botmaster,
they'll tell you to fuck off if you contact support. I have first hand experience with XRumer and
banned licenses.
