I'm testing some new proxys I got a hold of, they appear to be working. Can anyone confirm?

Here they are:

79.170.50.25:80
64.251.21.63:8080

I just tested them and they both appear to be working, I'm guessing these are elite proxys? Does someone know how to find out?
