Domain.com same as Domain.com/ as www.Domain.com/ ?
So I have promoted my domain as domain.com/ for a while but others have promoted it as domain.com. Will it still be the same or pass link juice or will it be a problem?

Pretty sure the domain.com and the domain.com/ will be treated as the same but google will look at them differently then the www.domain.com. You can actually get a different PR for the www and non www version of your domain.
You want to keep your linkbuilding consistent and you want to make sure it matches the setup of your site. If you site is using www then you should when you build your links. If it uses http//domain.com then that is how you should build your links.

Re: Domain.com same as Domain.com/ as www.Domain.com/ ?
The / on the end doesn't affect anything.
SEOing www.domain.com IS different to SEOing domain.com though, as is domain.com/index.php etc.
These are what we call Canonicalisation issues. Just look that word up in Wikipedia for an explanation.
Bottom line is: stick to either www.domain.com or domain.com. One or the other!
And link internally back to the homepage root I.e. domain.com - not to index.php. In HTML this would be linking to "/" which is the root of the site, rather than "/index.php".

As long as it doesn't affect domain.com and domain.com/
I have been mixing that and people I give my link to have been mixing it and I'm just concerned. I've avoided www.domain.com but sometimes people that link to me give me that as a backlink.

www.domain.com and domain.com are not the same
domain.com and domain.com/ , first refers to the index page of the directory and the second refers to the directory itself, same with the www version
domain.com/index.php and domain.com are also different.
meaning every example is 100 percent different
press thanks if I helped.

Re: Domain.com same as Domain.com/ as www.Domain.com/ ?
I saw a video a while back made by seomoz where they where interviewing matt cuts and they asked him the question about the forward slash thing. Matt said that google treated this two domain.com and domain.com/ the same.
I believe this was the video:

I checked it out - sounds like Matt was saying that a / is slightly better in terms of the spiders but not necessarily the same or not the same.
