Hi guys This thing seems strange:

in the previous months I have monitored the site "http://afroamericanartists[dot]com"

this site in the Google PR update of the 7 November 2011 had pr8 (from PR0 or 1) thanks to a 301 redirect to the site "ahrq[dot]gov"

in the last pr update 7 February 2012
this site drop from PR8 to PR4 Why? The dropped wasn't supposed to be a pr0 since the site previously had pr0?

does this mean that a small part of the pagerank acquired with the redirect still remains?
