Hey guys, I'm desperate right now. I've not enough time to do fulltime IM, I'm still studying and I made good money on Fiverr.

My first account got 4 gigs removed (themes, plugins) and 2 side accoutns got banned. The one with 450dollar revenue the other one around 400. Still there is like 150$ ready to withdraw on that account.

I mostly sold themes and offered scrapebox, bmd services and offered lists.

Maybe they banned them for copyright violation (coz of the themes maybe) but they could have warned me or simpyl taken down the gig like on my main account (which has over 2k revenue). Maybe the main account was simply to big to ban right away so they deleted the suspiscious gigs (which they arent btw-..).

The question is: how can I get back these accounts? A lot of work went into creating the gigs etc. I contacted fiverr support once but got an automated message and no answer after that.
What would you advise me to get my accounts back? I cant afford to lose those atm...
Does fiverr have an real support email which i can send a message? like support@fiverr.com? Or do I have to contact the via the ticket system?

Firstly with most things like this, i.e paypal etc always withdraw funds from there as soon as you can. Just in case bad things happen to the account.

Secondly, you can spend 1-2 months working on "possibly" getting your account back, or you can create a new account and in 1-2 months can guarantee to get back to the same level with a valid active account.

Its a simple choice to make.

If it was me, i would send them an email but then create a new account and focus on the new account and just chase them every once in a while in the hope of getting the old account back

You can get your money on the blocked account back, simple contact them after 14 days. There are several instances of that posted on the forum, search a bit. I think it's also mentioned on their website somewhere.

I feel you man, that's a lot of money and works, efforts you put into. Now you need to clean up a little bit and move on, hopefully they will pay the money you have already earn after 45 days or something.

Yea yea that's not the problem.. it's not that much money.

But I need the accounts, they were both "take off" accounts and really really went well. I need them back, is there nothing which I can tell them? Someone must have gotten their accounts back, I've read it several times

You're not going to get them back, trust me, so just move on - click on my username and find my fiverr thread. You can get your money after 45 days, unless soemthing has changed recently, one account per day. You will get zero reaction when asking for the accounts to be re-opened or the reason why they were banned, this was my experience anyway.

I guess it depends why you were blocked. If it's just a case of dupe accounts, I think you generally get your money back. If you've offered illegal services it'll probably be a little bit more hit and miss.

I'd just give them a few days to respond to today's ticket and if they don't, create another.

Me or anybody would feel bad to lose an account that has $400 but seriously...why ask the question in here? Why not go ahead and ask in yahoo answer too.

My service is backlink only. I think i was blocked because i use multi-acc.

I create new ticket ..but i dont get any response from Fiverr Support Team.

Now create another account with different ip..
