Looking for twitter software, are there any alternatives to tweet attack?

If you can clarify what you're looking for in a twitter program people can help you. But just 'twitter software' doesn't really mean anything.

I need some free software to spam tweets or to reply to tweets . Software should allow multi accounts ,as I have loads of them
