hey gang so my youtube video is on page 4 for its keyword but its not displaying its picture, when will the picture be displayed? when its on page one?

How long ago was the video made? Are you sure you uploaded it correctly?

It was made 18 days ago, and yes i uploaded it correctly. Ive been blasting it with SB and am going to do article submission and social bookmarking as well. I really hope the picture displays other wise all my work will have been in vain. Ive got a client waiting to put money in my hand, but the video wont convert unless its got its picture displaying....im sweating

anybody got some insight on this? cant find anything on google, would really apreciate it.

It is very important that your video shows up in the top ten on the video site that you posted the video.

Try to SEO the youtube description itself. add in some keywords also.

what does it display instead?

My on page SEO (description and title) Is pimped out and perfect. I have the keywords and a nice description with the company website at the top and bottom with the keyword very last. I have keywords in the captions (***** trick) as well. I have well over 15k found and indexed backlinks on pr 2-9 blogs. and about 2k .edu . gov. and . mil. The youtube link in google only displays a link, no thumbnail...i really need the thumbnail to be displayed so it converts.....At this point im just hoping it displays when it hits page one. I have never ranked a video before so this is an exciting experience, but im not sure how the process works, if the thumbnail pops up when its on page one, or if the thumbnail is supposed to be visible right away. Im going to do an article blast next then social bookmark, i just got AMR and BMD and have been using SB for the past couple weeks, I love these tools! Hope someone whos done this before can help a brother out.

Interested if anyone can answer this. . . cause i've noticed this in more than just videos. .i've noticed it on other sites too. .sometimes there is an image . . sometimes not. . and I wonder what makes google pull an image.

Yeah even I have wondered about this. I have seen videos on first page not displaying pics so there must be some criteria for it. It could be niche specific as well, if anyone has any experience in this area, please share your expertise here.

I am very frusterated on this, My niche is adult, but the video doesnt show nudity, and my category for the video is entertainment, Its on page one #4 with no thumbnail, pretty useless. And i feel like all my work was in vain. There is nothing on this subject on the internet, hopefully one of the upper level cats on this forum can help. please help

Also keep in mind. . its not just videos. . i've seen it with software downloads as well, and i'm sure there are other things too. . . like news clips,etc. There is some sort of method to why it is what it is.
