would a top ranked website for those searches make any money?

Of course a top ranked site for those keywords would make money - think of how many hits they get. The real question is whether you'll be able to get a top ranking, which is pretty unlikely for someone relatively new for IM. Second tip, the second you post a decent niche idea it becomes more competitive

Yeah I know it would get more competitive but better asking for some advice on a niche rather than barking up the wrong tree for months aye.

Not commenting on competition but it will be an excellent niche in terms of making money. I do see a window of opportunity
