I am unemployed with a pregnant wife and little boy on the way... I could use a little help

I would love a ScrapeBox license because I'm sort of struggling with my IM career as I still have school. I don't need any pity or anything, but I live in a 1-income family. My mother is doing a lot of work and my stepfather is just being lazy, hardly even doing any house chores. I hope to eventually pay up to my mom when I'm older for all she has given me so she can live her life and retire.
I'm learning life really quickly, I'd say I'm a bit more talented than my friends as they have no idea how to make money. I'd really be happy for the tool because it can surely help me in my run to success.
Having SB will surely speed up my website rankings, and make me a happy camper.
I don't desperately need it, as it may sound, but it would really help and I would be really grateful.

I really need this license please. I have been internet marketing for about 3 years and only barely make any money. I sat at my computer reading this forum for so long, I got hemorrhoids and had to buy a medical grade donut for my sore a$$ to sit on. Then about a year ago, I noticed my stool becoming soft and poop occasionally leaked out while sitting on the donut.

Well, that led to even worse things. I went to poop about 4 months ago, and my bowel and part of the large intestine fell into the toilet into my own poop. I became septic and have thousands of dollars in medical bills. I cannot afford any marketing tools now due to these insane bills, and the worst part is I have to stand up or lay down to work. Figured I'd give this a shot.

I've recently started IMing like 2 months ago and have been quite busy really. Just a few weeks back I had some setbacks and got banned from adsense and got myself all my websites deindexed for some reason. It could really help to do those blasts or whatever you call them to the web2.0 properties that people here recommend.
