I would like to ask what methods are most effective to move the website to top 10

I use redirects 301 and xrumer blast(profiles), wiki sites , doc sharing

Blasitng only profiles will not give big benefits, you should use diverse link sources... such as Profiles/Comments/Blogs/BBS/Guestbooks/Links from directories and catalogs etc...
as more SOURCES of links u'll have, the higher benefits will be
also 301 redirect it's not so good for SEO, same as java redirects or even flash...

You can, but i wouldn't suggest it. You want quality links pointing directly to your money site.

What do u know the types of redirects 301 to effects brought?

High PR manual blog comments
Frequent Article Submissions
