One that I can recommend is 'indianets.com'...
I have one of my 250 'ish site networks there and they're good.

Most of them seem like shit cause a whole lot of them are shit.
My experience with them has been bad throughout. If you're looking for a long term solution I would advise you to stay away from them. Why don't you try hosting on normal shared hosts... there are a ton of them for like $2/month and you can host 5 sites. Which effectively makes them cheaper than SEO hosting. Not to mention, IPs, NS, hosting location are wayyyyy less traceable that way.
Yes, harder to manage but the advantages are numerous.

What do you think about the shared class C IP if it keeps them all different than my money site?

Re: Best SEO Hosting Options (must have different class C IP)
steps to take:
1. WHM + cPanel (Reseller Account, around 15$ per month)
2. order 10 different class c ip's for 10 - 20$/month
3. create 10 accounts and assign 1 ip's to each account
4. now you can add 10 websites per account or whatever number you prefer
If they make a reverse ip check, they only see 10 from 100 sites.
You have 10 accounts at the same hoster now with different ip's.
It's like having 10 different webhosts.
It's cheaper.
You can manage it easier, no need to login at 10 different hosts.
But there are many other footprints to track your network, not only the ip of your host. I made a thread in Jr. VIP about it...

1. I tried Indianets - it was a disaster.
2. If you can manage a ton of small virtual accounts, each with a few add-on IPs, you can do it that way for relatively cheap.
3. If you have a lot of domains and the money to do it the right way, get a dedicated from one of the big "adult" hosts (who obviously will also allow mainsteam domains) - you'll get individual IPs for each domain and many will work with you to assign different class-C's for the same niche.
