I have not done much seo for a while now and especially not on a new site. I have recently however launched a service business not seo related or website related and I have been ranking it for my local keywords townname service name.

I can generally gage how much is to much and usually get it about right and as a result have a few websites that are high in the serps. This time however my site was number three within a few days and two within a week and i just could not beat the 192.com directory!.

As a result I resorted to some scrapebox blasts (quality ones though) as well as some bookmarking and link wheel services from fiverr. I also did some senuking of my own and provided it a good variety. I have some senuke blasts ongoing over the period of a week though at the minute to spread it out and have kept a somewhat level link building stream.

My site yesterday though slipped from 2 to number 8 for my main keyword. To me this seems like a google dance as sandbox would result in page 50 or so. I cant be to carefull though as this is something I need number one and cant mess around with.

It has been number 8 for 2 days in about 6 hours time. How much longer should it stick there for? from my experience no more then about 3 days but i dont know as like I said i am very rusty.

it is now number 9 indicatiing to me a google dance.
