I cant access paypal account in anyway, my email shows that funds are available. But cant change/access the paypal password,

Just call the support! May they can reset your password.

Try pressing your caps lock on your keyboard,i had the same problem and relised what was happening after awhile, for some reason when i try to log in to paypal it thinks capitals are on when they are not, hit cap lock key redo your password and it lets me in.

It does this to me quite often.

Always use the Customer Support via Phone.. Paypal Support is the Best Support I have seen ever... And Cngrts for the Recovery...
