One of my pages got pr 4 at last update. I made a mistake and ordered 20k xr blast to my money site directly instead of my 2nd tier (i was high,lol) and my site got kicked out of rankings so i don't care about it anyway.
Only downside of this is that my site is porn releated but you won't find many porn kw's there.
