I'd say pingfarm. I think they are here in the forums too. I use it and it's pretty good.

I get the best success from just hitting them with actual links rather than pinging the hell out of them. I have tried a lot of the indexing tools and none of them work nearly as well as loading my links up in scrapebox for a run or two.

and sometimes scrapebox aa blasts. I made an account on lindexed and i have ok results for indexing and i have no more worries about pinging
