Playing with the Panda!

Ok guys so I had 2 urls first page of google from youtube One was the youtube.com the other youtu.be Both links to the same video. I decided to do a test. I loaded Xrumer and scrapebox and started pounding away auto approve blogs and Forum profiles. And in less than 12hrs that video url went clear back to page 5.

Now 2 things here lets see if this url makes a recovery and passes the other video. Then its a temporary penalty.

And if it stays in the sandbox does this open a way to punish your competition?

Anyone else do some Panda testing?

I was under the impression the simply discounted Spam links but there is clearly a penalty. And the worst Part these links aren't really spam. They are done in a very white hat way. Just with allot of speed.

Seems like most of websites coming back stronger after a blast... penalties that are hard to recover from are manual reviews, bans and panda

i saw many reports about websites get -50 penalty because of un natural link building

Misleading title. There are a lot of threads doing more extensive testing whether you can punish your competitors. You can not draw any conclusions based on this very vague test.

Well... one test will not prove conclusive, but its a heck of a lot better then just "making things up because they sound good"!!! There are several other threads testing similar things... altogether they may prove very valuable.

I hope you keep this thread updated with what happens to your vid.

Ya I'm wondering where Panda is? Is it more about spun content? Is it more about penalty? or simple link value discounting? I will tell you how many successful profiles and blog comments once its complete and see where the results end up.

Scrapebox is less thank 25% through 1M blogs 70k successful comments, and Xrummer is half way through and we have over 20k successful profiles.
