New Forum: Members Needed

Hi

I have partially completed my new forum. It's ready for new members but I need the best tools available to drive traffic to my forum page. My target is 12K members within 3-5 months - if that's possible.

Can someone tell me where to start, as in what blackhat software I need? I'm not into purchasing Facebook likes as, to me, those are not genuine likes; but I may think about it. For now, I need traffic to my forum and members signing up daily. So what software to start with?
