While it may not always work, any chance to start on a blank slate could be valuable on the titan Yelp is always valuable.
While you can't ever remove just one particular review from Yelp, here is a way I've used to clean the slate!
Step 1 - Claim the business (you will need the help of your client/business owner)
Step 2 - Rent a skype number then create a clone of the client website, changing the contact info an email you own, the new skype number, and a different address
Step 3 - Enter the new website and phone number as your information in skype
Step 4 - Wait about two weeks and have another clean account report the business as closed
Step 5 - Wait for call or email conformation request from Yelp HQ (confirm being out of business)
The business will be listed as closed and the reviews deleted. Wait another few weeks and re-open the business with another clean account and the proper information.
As I've said this doesn't always work, and I imagine Yelp will get privy to it soon enough, but if your out of options it may be worth a shot!
