I am new to the forum,But I am not new to IM.
Now,I am in a situation to raise Atleast $50,000 Before May 2012 to clear of a dept.

Here is what I have now,
I have 4 blogs Which makes a total of $10-$15 a day.
I have one services website that makes me around $500 A month.
I have recently created so many niche sites (60+) for adsense.

My Plan is to improve the adsense revenue for each of these sites and then sell them.For my blogs I am sure adding Unique content will increase the revenue naturally, so that I can sell them for $3000 each atleast.

But for those niche sites,I am struggling with seo.I thought adding content day by day will naturally bring in seo traffic and adsense revenue.Managing 60 sites is a bit tough.I planned to sell each of these sites for atleast $500 so that I can make $30,000 from this.But now It's making me worried will I be able to reach my target.

I can't fail this time,If I do I will lose it all....! So I need BHW's advice if My path is right.I find a lot of people making $20k+ a day with CPA,Should I change My plan or methods to cpa?

I am open for any suggestions.Thanks for your time.

Sorry for wasting your time,I know putting it to work is important at the end of the day.

That's quite the goal, but is very possible.

If I were you, I would use a combination of Adsense, CPA, and other affiliate links. That way you make more. IF you make more, then you can sell it for more too

Thanks for the tip.I don't how good the conversions will be with cpa and affiliate links since the niches I have chosen are simply for adsense revenue and doesn't have any affiliate programs.

Scrap SEO on your own sites. You'll never make $50k profit in 5 months building niche sites unless you have a bunch of cash and experience already behind you. Keep the sites you currently have and flip them in April. IMO, people who tell you to stick with building your own Adsense sites and trying to make that much in a few months are delusional, have never done it before or expect you to get VERY lucky.

Your best bet is to come up with some relatively high ticket services for offline businesses (SEO, web design etc.) and get on the phones/on the road and hustle. If you're driven enough to reach your goal, $50k profit should be easily achievable.

If you stick to SEO on your own sites, you're at the mercy of Google and there are no guarantees. By getting out there, selling direct and collecting the money yourself, you have far more control over your targets.

Thank you for your Advice.I accept I am at the hands of google and After all my efforts,I cannot be sure If I will reach my target or not.But I plan to add more content to these sites and show some Solid revenue.The problem is I am into a huge task with less resources.Only thing I can invest is 24x7 work.

I am unable to run services like seo,Design in my locality but after your advice I have understood one thing,"Services gives Instant Money" than Other Online business which are Non reliable.May be I'll sell all of them now.Make more,sell it and repeat until may.

You owe 50,000?? I hope the mob or gambling is not involved just joing mate, but keep it up mate it will work out, may I also suggest to dropship if you have the time, since you will make some money easily them IM, do both if you can I really hope you make it

I made a wrong assumption adding content would always bring in traffic.But only then realized seo is now more important than content.May be I'll partner with someone to do the seo or sell those sites now and repeat it.A tough decision to be made Now.....

Thank you for your suggestion.I don't have any Idea of dropshipping.I don't think it has that much potential? Correct me If I am wrong.I don't have any problem in the cash flow.But outsourcing seo for 60 sites is way expensive,Hence I do it with a few people here.I teach them based on what I learn.But actually I don't have time for all those experiments.

Update: Forgot to mention.No Gambling is involved.Half the amount is dept and the rest is for an very essential need Which My family can't postpone after May.

man after earn some from adsense u should play betting from bwin or other sites x2 chance but a little bit risky, take your risk, good luck. ( never be with negative ppl near you )

Take the sites that are all ready making you money and build them up even more, then from the sixty find out the ones that have potential, the ones that made you one dollar and dump action and focus to build those. rinse and repeat.. good luck.

Thats a lot of money to raise and I though I was the only one, I have to raise about $15K by two or three month since the house I was renting is getting foreclosure so i have to move out but since i have a couple of collection that i need to clear up thats why i have to raise that money to pay out so i can rent some place else before i get kick out by the bank or the new owners of the house. Thats why I invest on a VPS with all the SEO tools there is so I can do some link building services and also some offline SEO services here with the local business lets see if i can do it, but like AASAS said do not give up. I wish you the best luck of the world.

Just as a heads-up, people who buy adsense websites want a track record. If you just started them now (January) and you want to sell them in May, that's 4 months track record. Realistically, even if you could get them making good money, it wouldn't be for a couple months.

That means you're only going to have 2 months track record at best. Buyers like to see 6 months minimum (at least that's what I was told when I started to look to flip my site).

Thanks ardavidr.I guess most of my sites will make it to the top.But As meathead said,I don't if I should take the risk with these sites since it is something unpredictable.Will wait for another month and see if it works with my seo methods,If not I will sell them for cheap and then look over to other methods.

Thank you for your valuable information.But I expect only $500 per site with around 10-50(Based on how much I can add) articles per site. Will it be a tough selling them for $500? Possible I will have a decent revenue stats If my seo works out.
