Can you please tell me if it will be adsense SAFE to buy US traffic and send it to a 301 redirect domain to my money adsense site? or they can trace it somehow? or maybe put a script on that domain without any google code to redirect after 1-2 seconds to money site?

so: Paid Cheap Traffic -> KeywordRedirectDomain.info/.com -> Money Adsense Site??

If it's safe, please let us know what is currently a good company that provides REAL visitors not pop-ups/unders, Bots, etc.

Google is able to track referrer, especially since you put their JavaScript code on your site (Adsense). Even if you use a good company with real visitors, Google probably wouldn't like it, and then again, how would you make sure it is good traffic? No paid traffic is good traffic.

you don't get it. I want to send paid traffic to ANOTHER DOMAIN FIRST (referrer) with a 301 Redirect to Adsense Money Site. So the referrer on my money site will be from My Own Referrer Domain and not from Paid Traffic.
Can they track this or it's ok to do it?

I wouldn't do it personally. Google will see all your traffic coming from that re-directed domain, would be suspicious to say the least.

just remember Google is looking for 'unnatural'/suspicious things...
a lot of traffic all coming from 1 domain will be highly suspicious of course.

It might work if you would be using 10 sources and spread them out over 10 domains or something... but then again.. still suspicious i think (without 'real' SEO / Social traffic)
