Need to buy some aged PR domains - please advice and help. any tip is welcome!
Hi fellows.
I have 7 websites that I am trying to rank for pretty hard keywords. I want to use contextual links on high pr and aged domains. Never did that before because never needed to.
I could order some services here in bhw but since I own 7 websites that I need to rank for maybe should be better to get my own class C IPs and buy some aged PR domains.
I have two questions:
1. where should I buy them?
2. what factors and tricks should I look for before jumping in buying some domains like this? I heard about some BH tactics to improve PR.
and for example, if an aged domain was used for pure black hat seo and got sandboxed by google. maybe that domain is not very good to buy.... how can I check and understand if a domain is good or not to purchase?
any tips are welcome
regards
thegoods

You need to check the page rank isn't fake. There are lots of free tools to do this including one on the addons in SB.
Finding the domains is the hard part. Go on godaddy domain auctions and check the PR of them. Or there is a site that shows all expiring domains, the PR and registrar for a monthly fee.

Godaddy has loads of domains with fake PR so check by searching this in Google:
info:www.example.com
And if the result matches the domain you are interested in its legit, but if the domain listed in the result is different then it will have fake PR.
I can't find any decent places to get aged domains for good prices, so I'd also like to know.

thanks mates.
OKAY, I will use SB to check if the PR is fake. but what about the domain itself?
I realy think that a site that was sandboxed or used to do black hat seo is not a good site to be used to link to my sites. and with that said, it can hurt my ranking besides improving it... I can be wrong trought...

One other thing to check...
Make sure the site has at least 2 backlinks with either the same or one greater PR than you are buying. You will need to use a tool like SEOSpyGlass.
I also suggest checking domaintools.com and make sure it doesn't have more than one drop.
You can also do a site:domain.com in Google with the SeoQuake plugin installed to see if there are additional pages indexed with PR.
Finding them is seriously the hard part. Scraping Godaddy auctions (there are about 40K domains for sale at a time) and then plugging them into scrapebox to check PR is the best way. It is a lot of work though.
I also suggest using Buy It Now where possible (though it is more expensive like $280 for PR4)... finding auctions and keeping up with bidding is sort of nuts when it comes to this.
Might try a site like registercompass if you don't mind paying a monthly fee.
BTW PM me if you set up a network, I have thought about doing it to. Might be something we can partner on.

I made my homework. and I know that I should check backlinks from that potential domains. if the expired domain has good backlinks, I should buy it...
but if someone wants to add more tips, your welcome
happy new year to everyone!
