Have you heard about payday loans? How difficult is it to get on first page on Google for the keyword "payday loans"? I have been trying hard but its taking forever.. and it's my full time job

(I use senukeX and No hands seo)

We are on the first page for Google US and in Google UK. To be honest with you, you probably won't get there with just SENukeX and Handsfee SEO alone (and this is coming from someone that provides an SENukeX service). Also if you are doing affiliate, you are fairly likely to get flagged by a manual review. If you are actually providing a payday loan service or a reference site your website is likely to stick after backlinking.

I am and I can tell you everyone on the interent is jocking for those terms, I had no idea until I started providing the service..

Iggy what are you trying to say please ellobrate us.

We have Pg1 rankings in AU. It's a competitive term here and very competitive in the US. If you think you can get there and stay there with SENuke, SB, XR etc your dreaming.

Try something a little less competitive to start.

Payday loans have huge affiliate payouts. These terms are very difficult. Shoot for a dozen long tail kw in the niche first

I worked on this keyword for a client .
This keywords has a huge competition and its not easy to rank it .

Btw not only with No Hands SEO and Senuke . To rank you have unique LSI content ,
high PR backlinks and alot of Off Pge and On Page SEO

Payday Loans is Very Competitive Keywords ..you Cannot Rank it With only SeNuke ...!!!

You have to Do Some Other Stuff like Article Submission Social bookmarking Press Releases, Forum Posting , Blog Commenting , Profiles Creations, Web 2.0

I've got a few payday loan sites I used to make $$ with but stopped 3-4 yrs ago when I moved out of affiliate and into ecommerce. Was primarily using yahoo, bing and adwords ppc and it was profitable despite some crazy cpc. It's wicked competitive, as mentioned.

Wonga in the UK is spending about 1m a year on seo across 100's of keywords, their total advertising budget is 13m

they are currently at the bottom of page 1 for payday loans on G UK, so either it is super competitive or there seo company are not very good

What is that all about ? Pay down loan's.

I'm thinking the latter. I can dig up good keywords in the niche (was actually just looking at one right now, while searching for related terms) and they're nowhere near as crazy competitive as some make it sound. Sure, if you go for "payday loans" as a term, then you may be facing very stiff competition. But if you're smart and dig around, you'll be able to put together a whole bunch of others, which will total a lot more in traffic but be much, MUCH easier to rank for.

I would if I could, As I said, This is my full time job, 9 to 5 (employed) and pressure is on me, the owner of the company wants to see the progress, I have been doing everything you could thing of, except buying backlinks from high PR websites

If you are positive that you would be able to rank for payday loans, then do so and sell the website....I know a lot of companies that will be willing to pay a lot of money for that!

^^ This. Don't you find it strange that all these guys telling you it's impossible to rank, are ranking in the niche?
They are just trying to make sure they don't have any new competition, which is understandable.

The fact is, any keyword is attainable.

When I was starting out I went for easy keywords thinking I would never be able to rank well on competitive ones, however with planning and consistent work I reached page one and it was easy to stay up there once I was.

It's all about seeing what competitors are doing and trying to replicate it and do a little bit extra

My father just lost 80k a month to Panda slapping his payday sites. He had gotten there using pure black hat, SENuke, etc. It's my belief that you can only get there, after Panda, using white hat conventional methods.

That's a crock of shit. Blackhat itself, which is mostly off-page, has little impact on how Panda treats your sites. Panda is primarily concerned with ON-PAGE metrics.

Did you even do keyword research? If this is your full-time job I think you should know a bit more about the technicalities.

@ DamageX: sorry sir, you are the wrong one. so don't go flaming someone else. It may not have been entirely from the "Panda" algorithm, but regardless spammy links if done improperly will hurt a site. Not to mention, although there is a general consensus as to what the Panda algorithm entails no one but Google knows for sure. For all we know it could entirely be about spammy links. The fact is we just don't know.

This is coming from a successful internet marketing firm owner. (me)

Incorrect. Google does do some slapping for spammy link methods, but Panda hasn't changed this at all. Panda is designed to judge the quality of page content, not control backlinking.

As others have already pointed out, you are going after a crazy competitive
keyword. You will need a lot of patience and a solid budget to make a dent in
rankings for those keywords.

There are people on this forum that are ranking very well for those keywords.
But again, I can confirm they've been after this keywords for quite some time
and have a monthly link budget in the $x,xxx range a month.
