Default How to get a site RE-indexed that was DE-indexed?

I have a couple of sites that have been around for a number of years, done with html and php, recently converted them to Wordpress. Now I don't know if they were de-indexed BEFORE I switched them to WP or after, but doing some research to find out why I was getting so little traffic to them, I discovered they apparently have been DE-indexed. (ie, "site:mydomain.com" says nothing found in Google).

Is it possible to get a site RE-indexed? If so, how?
    Thanks!

Do you have anything more specific than just "contact Google", like a specific web page or email address? Google is huge company and just emailing admin at Google would be worse than peeing into the wind.

And while I'm on a roll, another question. You read in many of the gurus squeeze pages about this is *ONE* of my Adsense accounts. I see a very good and valid reason for having multiple Adsense accounts, since if Google gets a bug up their backside about one of your sites, they also know in a heartbeat where the rest of your sites are and having *A SINGLE* Adsense account banned is a major weak link in that income chain.

But isn't it against the Adsense TOS to have multiple Adsense accounts? How do people do that? Even if you use a different email, different address, etc, you've still got just one SSN or tax-ID number which they require to send you a check, right?
