Can anyone recommend any? I'm looking for high PR link networks that charge monthly. Anyone have any suggestions?

When I evaluate the backlink structure of high ranking sites, I find a TON of high PR sites that are just WP sites with content that's loaded with anchor text and links. They are PR 6+ sites (don't ask me how). They are all closed and private reg.


Anyway, if anyone knows of any good private link networks, please share the info. Thanks!
