Some of you may know I am in the process of making a social bookmarking tool. It will have the EXACT LOCATION of your bookmark (unlike BookmarkingDemon). It will be a very affordable price (one time fee) and it will be an easy to use program which I will beta test in about a month from now.

Let's start from scratch. What do you want from it? Let's start from the first point.

1) It will show exact URL of the bookmark made

Now.. carrying on from that point, tell me what you want on this tool. I will try and include it in the final version which will come out in a month or 2 from now!

EG - Decaptcha, Proxy Support, Harvester and so on!

And also.. another question, how much do YOU think I should sell this for? I will only sell this here on BHW. There will be discounts but what should the original cost be? Considering that BMD is $147 and this can pretty much do the features on BMD (plus give you EXACT LOCATION of bookmarks). Please be honest and don't make up something stupid or silly like $7.

Good with the first 2. The last one, sorry, I cannot give it for free . It cost's money to make and only way to make that back is by selling it.

The tool is in the making. Il release it for beta testing to about 5-10 Jr VIPs soon. Stay tuned! And yes, it will create accounts/verify so don't worry about that. I will be constantly adding new lists every week or so but you will also get the choice to add your own list.

Yes, that will be there as well.

1 - to have a ping the list option (after the postings are made, to have the option to ping the results)
2 - to post on multiple platforms (pligg, phpdugg etc)
3 - the possibility to add our own list of bookmarks

about the price, i think $87 will be a good price in order to have a lot of customers bot not too much

Yes, we will have a ping feature. You can post on several platforms. You can also add your own by importing your list of bookmarks.

Yeah.. Il post as much as I know along with the most popular and common ones. And you will also get the chance to ADD your own by importing. It will be updated once a week (and sometimes more if we need to). The main updating bit will be done during beta stage as we look for errors. And, it will be an one time payment. BMD costs $147. I can't say this will be as good as BMD right at it's launch but as we add more and more, it will get better. So I don't know about the price. I am thinking either $47, $79 or $97. Not sure.

Well this looks impressive. I am big on bookmarking and have used Sick Submitter and SenukeX for their bookmarking modules. Scraping own list and then using it in Sick was too much of work and SenukeX, the success rates sucked.
The requests above have pretty much everything covered but yeah if it is possible include "Campaign" style structuring.
One question : Will it include the biggies of Bookmarking like Digg,Stumbleupon?

I have spent way too much time with the above tools + iMacros. Let's see if this tool matches upto my expectations.

And yes, it will include the big sites like Digg and others. I am currently doing a huge plan for it and it is currently being developed but I want to take my time on this so it may take a good few months to get released (plus a month for beta stage). And what price do you think would be the best to sell this for?

About the pricing, if you want it be the de facto bookmarking software (something like Scrapebox) than sell it for $57. Sb sells because of word of mouth (an awesome software too) and the cheap price. Maybe you can too set a similar pricing and get people talking

The price should be in the middle of $57-$87 as there is a lot of $40 sick packets out there that already does what your planning and they typically output about 500+ direct URL's per 2000+ pligg, scuttle, phpdug submissions.

So, everyone, with all your suggestions, here are some of the things we are definitely going to include in this tool! I just wanted to pinpoint that this tool may not be better than BMD or Sick Submitter straight away. But we will definitely sell it for less than those programs so you are getting a nice deal on a sweet and easy to use program. One thing we can do which BMD can't is giving you the EXACT location the bookmarks, making it easy for you to resell it as a service for money!

Here are the features we are including from what you suggested:

Decaptcha Support (Can also be manually done)

Discounted BHW editions (definitely)
Multi Threading
Email Account Generator + Activator
Easy to use GUI (There will be quite a few errors and glitches, but during the 1 month beta stage, we will pick 5 or 10 Jr Vips to test it out for FREE and then leave a review - a tool like this won't be PERFECT for a good few months with your tips and suggestions)
Feature to import your own bookmarking lists (they need to be compatible with the platforms we will do it for)
Ping all your bookmarks after it is completed (Working on this)
.XLS and .TXT exporting feature
Program will be updated quite frequently (once a week or more)

So.. keep your suggestions coming!

Now, considering all these features, what do you think is the best price to sell it for? BMD costs $147. So, give me a price UNDER that as this tool won't be as GOOD as BMD straight away.

There will be a high success rate. We will do tons of testing so don't worry about that. We will add new lists every time!

i think, you can make a 7 days TRIAL, and give it away, here, And collect all info from those people who will get the TRIAL, look what they say about Results and ask them about the Price... Dont worry, if this will be a GREAT Tool, people are ready to pay $100 and more for tool.

There will be no trials. 10 reputable members will get a month to beta test it.

Some good suggestions already. How about being able to run it virtually via your server / website.

I am currently designing 2 major updates. The first update will be the program itself but with just pligg platforms. I will make sure you get 1000+ Pligg sites built in with it. Then as the program gets more popular, Il add more platforms.

Well in your list of definite features, you haven't included profile generation.
That's a must have.

1) Being able to submit all URL's for bookmarking or just 1 per site like BMD does.
2) Being able to create an RSS feed of all the links posted would be sick

The others people already said, sounds like an awesome tool.

What I hate about all these tools is having to have Proxies as well as VPS to run them. If you want to blow everyone away, host it on your own servers with your own proxies so all we have to do is login to our web account and hit start. That can be an option + our own VPS. Could pay like $10 per month + one time fee to have the virtual web hosted and proxies or just one time payment to self host on our own VPS.

I will be the first to buy

1. submit to best bookmarking sites: digg, delisiouse, reddit,etc

2. submit to tons of bookmarking sites. yes tons

Just a note. There is no guarantee I will be adding ALL your features. To start with, I will launch the tool with the Pligg platform and also have it built in with 1000+ sites to kickstart your link building and you can import your own pligg list after.

And then onwards, there will be updates and I will be adding more platforms along with your features. It takes a huge time to do one platform alone so if I was to release it with all platforms, it will take several several months!

So as of now, there will be a tool for Pligg platforms and you can submit to thousands of websites. And then, I will update it with more platforms.

ohh, also in the future if you can check the PR of the domains that would be awesome too.

Just pligg platform will make a lot of people lose interest. IMO.
