Quick question for ya'll.... Should social bookmark links be blasted with xrumer/dripable? I'm specifically talking about social bookmark links only...

if you can blast them(and you should), then how many is a good amount?

I've ordered 600 social bookmarks for a site from a service, and I have the list of 600 links and I'm trying to figure out if I should treat them like web 2.0 properties by getting the indexed/blasted with backlinks with the same keywords....?

Yes that would be the right idea. Typically you want to blast it with links on a drip feed. Maybe start off small and continue to build more over time. Simple thing to setup in dripable (fully automated).
