as you know when you scrape and post using SB , there is many malware
i just got a new VPS.
and i see there is no anti virus of any kind.

what should i do about security issues?
what to i need to add?
what do i need to config in the VPS settings? (windows server 2008)

i just have Microsoft Security Essentials installed on my vps and i haven't got any spyware etc at all

and you keep it update using windows update?

something wired just happen!!

i log to the vps , download scrapebox , started it ready to active my account,

and... the scrapebox is already activated and licensed for someone else!!!

how that can be?!!?

The re-image the box, but the license is linked to the HDD id (or something similar I believe), so until you let scrapebox know, or they change their license to another computer it will remain active there.

Just get Avira Antivir Free edition.
I hope they allow you to install softwares.

i too got scared n USING VPS server

cant install avira.

i installed Microsoft Security Essentials hope it will work.

Windows Update + Ms Security Essentials is enough... unless you running un-licensed cracked copies
