This is a joke. They have been down for almost a week now, my sites are offline. These cocksuckers lost my databases 2 times now over the past few months, entire WHM's wiped with no backup. I know offshore hosting can't be good but these guys have about a 40% downtime.

Can anyone recommend a good b/p host?

Sites up and doing well so far and I have it hosted under them.

Man, BPspace is still good.

all my sites are on their server (French - 99% UP and running) i know you might having big problem with that old Dutch server. i faced with the same problem few months ago. but yeah they must have better support for each server, especially Good technical support.

my suggestion :
~ ask them to move your sites to french as soon as possible
~ do backup regularly

MULTIPLE times we said - Dutch server is unstable and we have problems with it due to overcrowding issues.
We asked people numerous times on every ocasion to switch to new server which is safe and secure.
We cannot email our old servers customers as we are anonymous and we do not keep record of emails or contact details.
Especially now our server is under fire after being listed as ROKSO by Spamhaus (we are working with them to unblock us).

If you are really in to new host - try underhost or netrouting - but be aware they are not anynomous in any way.

Thanks - our new server is very well protected. We have been trying to move all users there but we apparently cannot force anyone to do this...

We are bringing strategic partner in January - I didnt wanted to say anything before but we will have some changes with possible partial change of ownership (working as a partnership) in order to provide better service.
I am talking with multiple hosting companies about partnership and merger in order to provide better service.

So now what? I must contact YOU to move my sites to a new server? How can I do that when your main site is down? No way to even start a support ticket. When will ur site be back up?

And wouldn't an "overcrowding" issue caused by you? Stop overselling.

And don't bs that you cannot notify your customers do to "not keeping emails"

You sure as heck know who to email when the monthly payment is due.

Shit host, not recommended. Some people might have it good with them but wait till shit starts hitting the fan. These support guys don't have the know how how to set up a WHM, and I have the logs to prove it.

It seems they went down hill. No support, no one to contact. Some people lost tons of data. Not recommended anymore.

I paid for 3 years of hosting, and the support had little to no knowledge of what needed to be done! My sites were down and not functioning for weeks - they didn't even know how to do a site transfer correctly. I was very patient and after about a month and a half of problems, I asked multiple times for a refund directly from the owner, and he said he would credit my PayPal and then he ignored me. Now the bpspace site is down, the owner and his staff took my money and have not provided any service. Don't get ripped off like I did.

I agree that BpSpace is the worst hosting service I've ever signed up for!

lol the same shit happened to me. They can't even set up a WHM correctly. I was teaching them over support on how to do it LOL

Use nations-hosting mate.
It is the perfect solution for offshore hosting.

I had 2 problems with them the Hack attack and now the spamhouse. I hove that they will be back because the french server rocked. I hope that the data is safe because several site are without backup
