I have a website for medical doctor, for example for Breast augmentation it will have a page where back links point to this main page, but also for sales testing or marketing to different groups of people I will need a few landing pages similar to the main page, can this cause SEO problems ? not sure what to expect.

You can use robots.txt file to block some pages from getting indexed!

Ideally, having multiple landing pages won't be a problem.
