after doing my competition research on my keyword, i see that the position 1 site is a fellow SEOer using adsense. I worry that once i take his position he might clickbomb my site. anyway to protect that from happening?

there is no way to prevent and google do not provide you any defend mechanism. if your website is big there is no help for you. none of the tracking shits out there will work.

You are always inside the box.

1- Create a div layer and make it invisible and absolute position, then put it on the adsense ads.

2- Make a jquery function, when user hovering it (~150 miliseconds)
document.write an iframe your file like http://site.com/savemyip.php?ip=ipnumber and in the file save the user ip and todays date to mysql.

3- Make an if statement on the top of the page, if username with today's date exists do nothing, else show the adsense.
