Do flash websites like the one I listed below hinder SEO efforts at all. I have heard that SE's dont like sites with a lot of flash on them...

Search Engines have difficulty reading them but they still index them.

If your using a lot of flash I suggest you use a video site map as that tells google exactly what the content is about.

Personally I would always add a few hundred words of content as well if possible.

You can also embed text into the videos tell Google exactly what is on the flash page.
