any conditions there for youtube videos ???

no conditions, all YT vids comes with embed code, any video / any site. Easy as pie

Hi I'm looking to create some vids for my website, however, I was wondering does this actually help SEO as from what I've read SE can't read the videos - or is there something I can do?

so i just can pick a commercial for a travel/holiday website from youtube without getting problems ?
