Nobody uses it because it's not worth it to them. I ain't being rude but it's the simple truth. No *true* blackhat SEO wastes their time on such a method.

1. We realize that Social Bookmarking sites
A. Do not like us bookmarking our pages
B. Almost all have incorporated NoFollow
C. Do not like detecting multiple accounts per IP

So there's some initial work to even get started.

2. Anyone that uses a cloaker for sale is in the same boat as other webmasters.
When all are using the same software, eventually a footprint is left and it becomes
a pain in the ass to get an updated copy or keep yourself from being deindexed.

You can try anything you want, but in the end your going to find out that the work involved compared to the return is quite alot. If your comfortable with that by all means...have at it.

Bookmarking can bring traffic, but nothing that's worth the time it takes to get up and running and protecting yourself, as Ruck has mentioned above. For those who don't know what the hell to do to get some traffic, go ahead and bookmark. I don't recommend basing too much around it though.
