Quickest way to build micro sites

I am in the process of putting together a lot of small microsites

All will have their own domain, and will be around 10-15 pages each.

What is the fastest way to get them built. I dont need pretty themes just basic, but want them to be easily optimized.

You better not make it the "fast" way...

as of your question - basic wordpress, no theme, and top10 plugins uploaded should take <10min per site, and about 20 to upload the content...
 
I can build them for you for a fee *shrug*
or you could do what 2DHades said
 
Get a wordpress plugin called wptwin.

get a theme built with all the plugins you want and setup to your exact needs. Then save everything with wptwin.

Now all your configurations and plugins are automatically setup and you can automatically load it up for each site without having to redo everything.

What the above said. I don't really use plugins though. I use a social button one here and there. Link juice one for expired domains. And .html on pages every few sites to change it up (youpage.html instead of /yourpage/), just not a fan of pages without .html.

Thanks for this suggestion, I'll check out this wptwin plugin. It costs $97 though , but I guess if it saves enough time its worth it!
 
How do you upload content? When I write articles takes way more then 20 minutes :( how do you guys write it do fast
