Link wheel

I understand the basic structure of a link wheel with 2.0 sites etc.
My question is can you use a youtube video in the same way a 2.0 site is used? Will you get link juice from backlinking to a youtube video the same way you would from a 2.0 site?

i think it will work. but you'll need to do some commenting on video to create the actual wheel
