Safe to use SEO tools on Google DNS?

I'm using a server that uses Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I was wondering is it safe to blast my site with Scrapebox on this DNS?

no, it's not safe to use google dns, google is able to capture the resolved IPs & manipulate the data sent back to your browser and even seo software,
it does not matter if you are using proxies (serves only http / port 80), you'll get poor results scraping data.
