I am planning to buy some backlinks for my site to try to get at the top of google for some keywords. As I am a noob with such methods, I need some help.

My domain is 2 yo. I will build 4-5 new pages which I want to bring to the top of search engines with some keywords. My top competitors have PR 3-4 sites, with domains about 2-3 years old.

I have to mention that I want to rank my pages in my local language, I don't know if it will be harder to do that.

How much money will I need to pay for a backlinking service to achieve my goal and about how much time will it take?

Come on people, I'm only asking for 2 numbers...if I said anything dumb please tell me so...

I've already done that, but I couldn't find any info on how hard it is to outrank a PR3 website with low amount of backlinks and how much time it would take...I also didn't find any info about ranking pages in other languages...

No one will be able to give you that info. without knowing what keywords you are looking to rank.
