I recently purchased 5 micro niche domains:
domain1.org
domain2.net
domain3.org
domain4.org
domain5.org

I wanted to do some link building for them (obviously) and thought I would use a few of the services on BHW and track the progression of each domain.

Also by the way I am a noob when it comes to MNDs so please bare with me:)

Anyway, so I ordered my sites from Star Entrepreneur:

I have left all of them live for a week and they all average 0-1 visitors per day at the moment (Understandable as no work has been done on them).

Ok I'm going to use SEO Lovers blog commenting service for the 5th site - I will update my post when I have ordered.

I will post an update on progress here in 1-2 weeks time:)

Update:
SEO Lover has delivered service already for domain5.org
Co.Uk position has jumped straight away from >50 to 11th place!! Very impressive start!
Will update other positions and traffic as I see any movements.
 
Heres an update on all my positions so far. SEO Lovers service is proving pretty good at the moment (Domain5) but obviously its early days.

I will probably wait another week or two and see how positions move, then I might purchase different services again for each site.

Any thoughts would be appreciated (As I'm new to MNDs).

Nice thread. I preffer to do things on my own but I could definitely use this thread when I get lazy. :D

BTW in my experience ranking in page one is easy if you have EMD and low competition, but it gets really tough from there, It takes two 3-Tier link pyramids per week to get any movement.

Thanks for the input. I agree with you, I have another EMD that has been sitting at 3rd for ages and I'm finding it hard to move!
The five domains here are just experiment really, whichever services do well il probably use them on my other domains.

So I am thinking I will use Mohsins service on Domain5 and SEO Lovers service on Domain3 (reverse) which in theory should give me a good boost.

One thing I dont quite understand is how to target Google uk/com - I am in the UK so used to working with UK sites, but when I bought the MND's they were targeted to COM (much more monthly searches) do I need to actively target/optimise for Google.com and if so how do I do that?

Curious if you've made any money with these sites as well.

I think when buying these micro sites especially the ones offering potential of thousands a month, you need to take into consideration how many sites you would need to buy to get anywhere near that.

If you own a MNS of say 1000 exact searches per month and you hit no.1, with a cpc of $1, taking 40% of the traffic and a click through rate of 5% is what $20. Oh google takes what 40% of that $1, that leaves $12.

Take into account domain hosting of $5 per month and registering the domain at $10. Services you're having done to get ranked at no.1 and that's if you do manage to rank no.1, MNS sites are starting to look like a lot of work for very little return.

I imagine the better paying MNS are taken by the guys selling them. I mean whay hand over a MNS with a cpc at $17 and over 2000 exact searches with low competition? I wouldn't.

There's a lot of variables I suppose I haven't looked at as I'm pretty much new to this. It's just the more I'm learning the more it seems authority sites are the way to go.

Saying all the above, I'm definitely interested in how this works out, also interested in how profitable they are too of course, lol.

Domains are only getting couple of visitors per day at the moment (new project).

@macmoneymaker domain 4 seems a bit lost at the moment:) That was the last service delivered (one way backlinks), and hasn't shown any effect yet. might run the links through dripable maybe..??

@skadster, I know what your saying about MND's yup people selling them arnt gonna let go of the goodies, in fact selling the sites has got to be the most profitable part of the business:)

Anyway, I do have a few high authority sites, they are slow and hard work so I thought a few of these MND's would be a bit of fun:) Also its sort of a test-bed for trialing some of the best BST services:)
