Should I keep blasting if....

Well I have Scrapebox running and I'm checking all the links that gets found on the blogs and comments. I discovered that all of them are No-Follow. Does this mean Google won't index it?

Does it matter if it is do-follow or no-follow? If so how much?

Even if they are no-follow should I keep blasting it?

it doesnt matter, but also put in some web2.0 links and blast them to create a link pyramid

I'm blasting like 3 web 2.0 links only is that fine? Can I blast article links too?
