I was wondering if anyone here has had any success promoting affiliate products like clickbank on Digg?

If you have It would be great if you could outline some steps involved.

Digg users are very "ad" sensitive and will get you banned in no time at all. I've gone through so many Digg accounts it ain't funny. I have a lot better luck with Stumbleupon and Reddit in driving tons of traffic to my sites, but I don't submit affiliate offers ... submit interesting stuff on pages where you have affiliate banners and your accounts last longer.

But do you think it would be good for list build. Like offer a free report on some topic and they just have to enter in their email. Do you think that would work?

yea, directly submitting your affiliate links will get your account banned real quick. . . except for reddit, which for whatever reason doesn't seem to care.
