Tools for auto video posting and/or commenting?

I tried tube toolbox and it works well but not looking for yet another monthly subscription; so at the moment I'm trying out magic submitter designer module and trying to see if I can use it as a poster!

There must be something as there are a tonne of people on fiverr offering this service.... i can't imagine they are doing it manually.

My thoughts exactly, of course they are using a software to auto post all those videos.... so the question is what could it be?
