Is their any software that can tell you what traffic sources a certain website uses to get traffic ? Thanks

yeah, Alexa is great as well as iSpionage to see where visitors are coming from
on competitors sites.
iSponage is for paid PPC traffic and some other stats. and Alexa shows a great
deal of traffic stats too.
