Can i check plugins installed on someone's website?

I am sure, i read somewhere, google can check autoblog plugins installed on your wordpress website. whats the way to find which plugins are installed on particular website?

I am sure, this can be done (if website owner hasnt protected his plugins). but whats the way? can someone help me out here?

You can find most of the installed plugins just by looking at the source code of the site.

If they're not protected, you'll see a directory listing for all the plugins located at domain.com/wp-content/plugins/

I tried, but it opens with blank page. This means its protected?

yes it's protected... i dont know any other way to find out what plugins they use other than asking the owner.
