Need VPS/Dedi Server Advice for SENuke, Xrumer & other blackhat tools

Hi guys!

Total newbie here looking for help choosing a dedicated or vps server ot run SENuke, Xrumer and other black hat tools.

I'm trying to keep the cost for the server between $40 and $75 a month.

What shoudl I go for? VPS or Dedi. Does the country of origin matter? I want to automate blogger and wordpress posts an then get into more complicated stuff.
