That new (free) pinging service that I saw on BHW... ping/rss/etc. Help finding it again?

I remembered that somebody on these forums created a really nice pinging service (that I think was based on Pingler) that recently launched. I THINK it also might have had an RSS feature even... boardlerline linkolicious type stuff for free! I tried using the search feature to sniff it out but couldn't.

Sooooo I have two questions:

1) Anybody know who's service I was talking about

and

2) Are these any other fairly new and awesome pinging services around?

I haven't heard about it, but I can usually find stuff better here by going to Googs and typing in, "site:blackhatworld.com "keyword". Keyword will be the name of the program, OP's username, description, etc.

Ping Farm looks good too though...

What do you guys think? Which is the best of the best in this category?
