Cloud Server + ScrapeBox?

Hi

Thinking of going into cloud servers for scrapebox

can anyone explain how I would destroy a server (so I'm not charged per hr) then reactivate SB w/o needing to ask SB customer service for reactivation? Does the server automatically store a image of my data on its servers?
