HELP! How do I monetize Job seeker leads??

I have access to a large database of name, VALID phone numbers,and email address of hundreds of job seekers and I want to monetize this list. Some are employed, some are not. They have all been pitched the education bit.

I literally have less than $1 to my name and sleeping on the couch with family so I cant afford any software or blasting tools. I'm wondering if there is a market who buys these leads.

I can produce about 500 to 1700 leads per day. Mondays are the strongest days and it trickles down from there. Is their a buyers market for these leads or should I think about something else?

If you have other suggestions maybe when I finally get some money I can implement it.

Contact a recruiting company in the field from the numbers you have. They are known for buying databases
